HOME AND FAMILY PROTECTOR POLICY
Iffco Tokio´s Home and Family Protector Policy is an amalgamation of different covers packaged under a single Policy document covering risks associated with your home. The following covers are available:
Section 1:
Fire and Allied Perils Cover provides protection to building and household contents against damage resulting from fire, lightning, explosion, impact damage, riot, strike and malicious damage, storm, flood, inundation, subsidence etc.
Section 2:
Burglary and Housebreaking Cover provides protection to household contents against damage resulting from theft or attempted theft involving violent and forcible entry or exit from the insured premises, robbery and dacoity.
Section 3:
All Risks Cover provides protection to jewellery and other valuable items like watches, cameras etc. against any accidental loss except for exclusions specifically mentioned
Section 4:
Fixed Glass and Sanitary Fittings Cover provides protection to fixed glass and sanitary fittings against accidental breakage. It also covers cost of frames and ornamental work on glass such as lettering, painting etc.
Section 5:
Electronic Equipment Cover provides protection to electronic items such as fax machine, computer including data carrying material etc. installed in your home against accidental damage.
Section 6:
Home Entertainment Equipment, Portable Computer/ Mobile Phones and Pedal Cycle Cover
1. Home Entertainment Equipment installed in your home is covered against accidental loss or damage.
2. Portable Computer including data carrying material and Mobile Phones are covered against accidental loss or damage anywhere in the world.
3. Pedal Cycle is covered against any accidental damage including third party liability arising out of accidental injury, death or property damage.
Section 7:
Breakdown of Electrical / Mechanical Appliances Cover provides protection to electrical or mechanical domestic appliances such as air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines against sudden and unforeseen breakdown
